NFT Collection - The Stork Yaren and Uncle Adem



 This collection consists of photos telling a friendship between a fisherman and a stork. In these days when our bond with animals and nature is decreasing, Yaren Stork and Uncle Adem present us a fairy tale straight out of La Fontaine, so to speak. In Eskikaraağaç, which is connected to Karacabey, Bursa, Turkey's first and only stork village, a wonderful event takes place in the spring of every year; Yaren Stork comes to the village where he has migrated for 10 years and every time she comes, she is put on Uncle Adem's boat.

About the artist: Aygül Harmancı is a national and international award winning photographer based in Turkey. Also she took place with her exhibitions in international photo festivals several times. She likes being a part of nature and witnessing the emotions of people. Her photographs reflect the relation between nature and human.
